The library is organized into several sections:

Creating Page

  1. First, consult the topic with the author and check that it makes sense to add to the library. Then, determine where the new page should be located within the library's content hierarchy. That will become the Destination of the corresponding item in the ‣.
  2. Create a new page under the ‣.
  3. Share the page with the author who will write the content. And make sure they have edit rights.
  4. Share the Author Guide with the author, feel free to use the below message template.
  5. If it doesn’t already exist, create an item in the ‣ corresponding to the page. Ensure all details are filled in and set its Status to In progress.

Message Templates

Based on the author's experience, choose either the short version for people familiar with the contribution process. For new or infrequent contributors, please use the longer version.

Here's your page: [Link], where I kindly ask you to publish the article. Here, I'm sharing the 🖊️Author Guide, which contains several tips and hints on how to author a piece. Don't worry; it's mostly about stylistics and formatting. If you have already drafted the article, please check it according to the 🖊️Author Guide.

When you have the article written on the dedicated page, I will happily read and review it. Just write to me. ✉️ If you are not familiar with Notion or unsure about something, don't hesitate to contact me.

Review Process

When the author is done working on their piece, they should ping the maintainer, and the review process can start. Ideally, comments and suggestions should be used during the review process for things that impact the page's content so that the author is aware of them and can address them as they wish. For minor changes, typos, or visual/formatting issues, feel free to perform those changes directly.
